Ray Caldwell, President - Ray E. Caldwell is the owner and president of All-Out Sewer and Drain Inc., d.b.a. All-Out Industrial and Environmental.  In addition to All-Out Sewer and Drain, Inc., Ray is the owner and manager of several construction-oriented companies, rental properties and commercial buildings.  Ray Caldwell has also obtained a variety of certifications, training and licenses such as Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Confined Space Safety and Commercial Drivers License-Class A.

Randy Dingus, Vice President -   At All-Out Sewer and Drain Inc., Randy fills the role of Vice President of Residential Services.   Randy manages the service technicians, supervises industrial cleaning jobs and is a member of the All-Out 24-Hour Emergency Spill Response Team.  On a spill response, Randy fills the role of the Field Team Leader.  Through extensive experience with the haz-mat team, Randy has become very skilled at chemical classification, remediation and decontamination.  Randy has also obtained extensive training and certifications while working at All-Out such as, Confined Space Safety, 80 and 40-Hour HAZWOPER, and Bloodborne Pathogens.

Mike Bradley, Operations Manager - Over the past seven years Mike as acquired a vast amounts of knowledge in the environmental and hazardous waste field.  He has supervised various operations involving more than 100 employees on multiple sites.  Mike has also managed projects involving tank cleaning and removal, structural decontamination and demolition, water treatment and excavation.  In addition to Mike's extensive background, he is also trained in Hazardous Waste Emergency Operations, Confined Space Safety, Clean Rivers Co-op and Coast Guard.
